1. The service technician ( Santos) is 5 star, a+++ individual. You would not believe how refreshing it is to have someone who truly cares about the vehicle but more importantly the customer. 2. I was sent an email that the high pressure pump safety recall part was in....wrong. This will probably be my last Dodge I purchase. You can't treat people (customers) like this. Somebody has to care. I am the one taking all the risk driving a vehicle that for over a year has had a safety recall. Really? Treat people right and they are your best advertisers.
