This is my first time dropping our car for service and Juan took care of everything the best way. He was on time for our appointment, he was fast at letting me go without wasting my time, and he accomodated my return to the dealership to pick up my car with no delays.

Went in for an oil change and new tires. The price for my oil change came out cheaper than expected. My tires have been ordered and I should be getting a waived deductible on a windshield replacement thanks to Jesse!
