Third time we have been here for a vehicle and everyone is always super efficient and helpful

Check-in was fairly quick. Juan provided an Uber ride for me to get to work, that was nice. I felt uneasy towards the end of the business day since I hadn't received a status update on the car since dropping it off at 8am. I reached out via Larry H Miller chat support and asked for an update and they said they would have someone call me with an update. I didn't receive that call, text or email message. The first update I received was the assessment report e-mail at 5:10pm. It would have been nice to receive some sort of update in the middle of the work day, even if just to say diagnostics aren't done and it's looking like work will continue into tomorrow. Thank you for running the car through a wash, I also appreciated that.
