As always the service department is nothing short of excellent and the interaction with service department personnel is always pleasant. I would recommend Larry Miller Dodge to make vehicle purchases and service their vehicle there also.

The sales people overlooked us as we walked by ten of them standing around in front of the building, and no one asked if they could help us. Then we looked at another car walked up to the door Joe just walked out and I asked him if he could help us. He was very polite and happy to help us. It seemed to take forever sitting and waiting for financing people to do their thing the first night. We had a dog waiting at home for us and 8:00 P.M. was a long time for him to wait to go out, so we had to leave. They worked it out the next day. We got a call late that next day that said, Joe was out on a family emergency, so they took over for him. I really loved working with Joe. Joe was wonderful! The finance guy, Isaac, was also excellent! Both guys had a great personalities and were very professional. The sales team needs to be retrained and taught to ask all people if they could help them without any poor judgment. We felt as though they made a wrong decision, thinking that we weren't buying. One person said they were lazy? My word to that absurd excuse is, don't they work on commission? Everyone else we came in contact were great! Thank you. I love my new car! Your team made it happen for us.
