Samuel is a pleasure to work with. He keeps me informed of what's going on. The service techs are taking great care of my truck. I've thrown them an electrical issue that they're having trouble diagnosing, but I trust they'll figure it out. It was just sent up to factory engineering, hopefully someone can come up with a remedy.
