Had an appointment with the understanding they accepted the third party that I have a warranty through. Unfortunately that information wasn't correct but instead of just saying sorry and sending me on my way with my vehicle still needing a minor repair Jesse took the time to hook up a reader and was able to tell me the repair was actually covered under a warranty. They got me an uber home and then hours later when the repair was done they called in an uber to pick me to come back. I greatly appreciate the service and trying all the options so I wasn't sent away still needing the job done if they could help it.

The experience was great and I could say that the service was exceptional. Adolfo was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I brought my car 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and accommodated me. He notified me about the plans and explain it to me fully prior to executing all the changes / replacing parts.
