Manny, our service advisor was outstanding. He took care of all our needs. We were planning on waiting but he said it could take 2 1/2 hours and offered an uber to our home which we gladly took. When completed they called and told us when the uber would pick us up. Could not have been more pleased with our experience. To reiterate, Manny was exceptional!

I brought my truck in for some warranty work and an oil change. Parts were ordered and oil change was completed in a timely manner.

Called Santos about a possible issue with the last performed service. Asked him to have the truck gone over to make sure that, that service didn't cause the issue I was having with the uneven front tire wear. While driving to the dealership, the belt in the left rear tire blew. When i talked to zsantos in person. I had him get me a quote for tires while it was in the shop. Generally I use Discount tire for the roadhazard and free rotations. Santos came in with a quote for a couple hundred cheaper than discount, but only 1 year of road Hazard. I asked of there was anything he could do to do lifetime and he said he wasn't able to apply that. I said that was fine a year is better than nothing. After the test ride, they suggested an alignment. After that was done Santos advised that they did inspection of all suspension parts as a courtesy and said everything looked great. Got the truck back, drives smoothly and straight. Thank you Santos for being Amazing again. Great attitude and great demeanor. Quick responses and very personable when speaking to him.
