Had truck returned as the wrong mirror was replaced on previous session. Valet picked up the truck and they replaced the right mirror on their dime as I paid for the previous mirror. The only thing is that they had my address confused and showed up to wrong address to pickup. This was not corrected and the same thing happened on delivery. I live in Sandy and they went to South Jordan?

Mario was excellent to work with, he gets 5 stars. However, trying to contact the service department the day before fell short. 3 times I called and 3 times I was hung up one. I talked to operator and she gave me a direct line and I left a voice mail. Never got a call back. I tried the chat feature and they wanted to sale me a new car. I knew real quick it wasn’t a person. I couldn’t use the valet service and needed to cancel it. Wasn’t going to be around. I also tried to get a rock chip filled, and they ended up making the problem worse. I was promised by the outside vendor that I was “in good hands” and “I’ll be taken care off” now I have to make a claim for a new wind shield. I’m not buying a new wind shield from them. It was a small rock chip. But yeah, Mario was excellent to work with. Got me in and got me out.
