Back in April I ordered a pog for my 2023 Maverick. I know they were hard to get. I was told to call back each month, nothing until mid August, I was told they had 8 in. I spoke to Kasandra in parts she new of no 8 in stock. She was angry a work order had not been written up. She told me she would find one. I was also there to talk about the material under my roll up bed cover, the hot sun had melted the material under it right off. Kasandra found me a pog at another dealer, Cliff in fleet helped me with my problems. Bad day made good because of your people.

Went well

My recent purchase with Jacob Kartchner was the easiest and simplest car purchase I’ve ever had. Jacob found an Explorer that met my needs and wants, and the process was fast and efficient. They let me use my own lender, and I was able to do so much online and via email. I appreciate the way I was treated the entire time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the paperwork for my contract of sale took a little longer than I felt necessary.

I bought my Mustang in this dealership and I always bring it for maintenance. Every time my car is back in shape even when it needs an extra adjustment, always in a timely and efficient manner.
