My service advisor, Taylor, was AWESOME! I believe he recognized me from a previous visit and went out of his way to show me that he appreciated my loyalty and business. He also was very sensitive to the fact that I was waiting at the dealership while the service was being completed and made sure things moved along quickly. He is very personable, friendly, seems to enjoy his job. A service advisor can really set the tone for a great visit; and he did. I hope LHMiller Ford knows what an asset they have in him!

Service manager Erick treats me and my truck first class. He is awesome. Trent is great too! Since we had many issues straight out of production, they have been helping repairs with all the issues best they can.

I came right in for my service appointment at 11 AM. I was met by one of your service employees. He put the tag in my windshield and told me where the. waiting room was. I waited there for about 1/2 hour than he came back and told me that the service was completed.

I used to suffer going to the Ken Garf ford service department and after 4 horrible horrible experiences there I came crawling back to Larry H Miller and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The experience and professionalism I experienced today vs the idiots in the past will make me a forever customer.
