Came in for a Lube and oil. They got me in quickly and gave me a text on what other items I might need which was an engine and cabin filter. He was upfront and told me they didn’t have the cabin filter and it would take about an hour to get one. I told him I would replace the cabin filter myself and to replace the engine filter which was done promptly and my car was finished in a timely matter.

The guy who helped me (I think his name was Robert) had excellent customer service skills and was very nice. I didn't have a long wait time for them to service my car either, so I was very happy about that.

Tyler was very attentive to my needs even though another advisor was taking care of me.

I continue to have to take truck in for computer problems everytime they say it is good to go until it happens again. So we will see this time but I still do not trust to drive it on a long road trip cause it just keeps happening. The service department listens to what I have to say, but the truck computer errors just keep coming up.

It took care of my oil change and washed my car and I thank you very much.

The wait was a bit long, but overall it was a good experience. Jacob Kartchner is friendly, but was slow to respond to text messages. I was patient, however, because he was knowledgeable about the vehicle, so it was worth the wait

It was wonderful working with Hallie, LeAnn and Andre throughout this car buying process. They all went above and beyond to get me in the perfect truck. I wouldn’t have had such an enjoyable experience without them. LeAnn made it flow perfectly from the start.
