Brent Bunkall, Josh Pearson, and Tyler Hunt went above and beyond to help me get my new Ford Edge. Once again, the service at the Draper LHM Ford is why I have gotten my car there for years.

Pick up and appointment set up was great. I was told my car would be ready and dropped off at the end of the day. At 2:00 my car was ready, call to set up how I should get my car if I need to get it or not. They said they’ll drop it off today. That didn’t happen and service was closed. Ryan at the sales department helped me through but now it’s phone tag on if I get my car today or Monday. Update: The service manager, Destin, contacted me on what happened and I gave my opinion. He was very understanding and answered all my questions and concerns for my future appointments. I am very pleased and happy to work with them.

Taylor was more than helpful when I took my Escape in for service. Taylor was quick yet thorough and efficient. I will continue to bring my Escape in for service dependent on this type of service.
