My service advisor, Kevin Price, was terrific. I previously had a terrible experience at the LHM Ford dealership in Mesa and was reticent to deal with the service department again, but my experience with LHM Ford Draper and with Kevin Price specifically was top notch. Kevin’s communication and updates, the intake process, the valet service, arranging the Uber on my behalf - 1000% better and renewed my confidence in Ford and LHM. Happy that the Draper location is my local dealer.
