Service was great, waited a week to get get an appointment for service.

From the day that we ordered our truck to the time to pick it up, we had nothing but top notch people helping us, everyone that we worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was worried that that the people at the dealership would be pushy but the were absolutely not.they took there time and walk us through everything step by step.

Josh is amazing. I managed 3 car dealerships for the @@@ auto group, I wish I had had more sales reps like Josh. He’s persistent without being pushy His follow through is just as good as his follow up He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly All around one of the best sales reps that I have ever worked with.

Everything was explained well with the maintenance. My questions about the ford pass app were not totally answered so I’m still unsure how that works.
