My technician was very helpful to me. He even put my registration stamp on my license plate and went in and paid for my hoodie I bought. I am handicapped and don’t walk well but he handled every thing for me. I really appreciated it Even got my Bronco washed and dried for me. Thank you!!😊

The customer service during the visit was excellent. However, trying to arrange for the part, the appointment, and getting answers to our questions beforehand were very frustrating. Also, waiting for the part to be installed took quite a long time, much longer than anticipated.

Rhett was amazing. It was a long process, almost 7 weeks from drop off to pick up. Rhett was great at keeping me informed of where we were in the process. Whether it was waiting for the warranty approval or waiting for parts. So far the repair has been as promised. As long as I can work with Rhett again, I will always get my car repaired at this location. Rhett is good people. Thank you Rhett for your professionalism and candor.
