Needed warranty work done, and they took care of it.

The week+ wait for repair of front differential seems a bit long. The part came in two days, but the shop was booked so solid they could not get to the repair for another week. I am also disappointed that the oil change I received appears to be standard oil and not synthetic. I guess I failed to ask for synthetic, but what else would the owner of a 7k machine want? The other complaint I have is that the receipt says the tires were rotated and the pressures checked. You are not alone in this, it seems I cannot get a dealer shop to actually check the pressures. My front tires were good at 38#, but the rear had 34# and 40#. I don't think there is a leak in any of the tires and the rear should have been 42# according to the door plate. I am basically pleased with LHM Lincoln and these concerns are relatively minor. The Service Advisor kept me well informed as to what was going on and I trust that the mechanics are top notch..that is the main reason I take my car to the dealership for service, the factory-trained and certified mechanics.

Oil change, check engine light was on replaced heater sensor recall

It was good! Everything was taken care of without any problems.

Mario was good at getting the information about my truck with me. He was understanding and helpful.

Picking up my car was great but returning it was not. I kept waiting and couldn't take a nap because of it, and I had to cancel my shift from work.

Representative who helped me today provided great service.
