Richard greeted me right when I pulled in. I feel like this is important to do at the service center because sometimes when I pull in I don’t alway know where to go or who to talk to. So the fact that he was right there right away meant a lot.

Courteous service lane agent!! Confusing initial results. 5+ hours on scheduled appt. In for 3 items: 1) change oil/rotate tires, 2) assess slipping transmission, 3) assess rt side intermittent auto side step problem. 5+ hr results: 1) no oil change or tire rotation, 2) TSB from Ford addressing my issues found, no work performed, scheduled TSB repair/replace for 18 days from now. 'Think' it will be covered under 60K powertrain warranty, if I drive less than 2500 miles in next 18 days, my vehicle is at 57,500 miles now?? My identifying issue And you seeing the codes under 60K mi doesn't fit 60k warranty? Must still show codes when you finally perform the TSB service? 3) no fix for rt side auto-step problem today. Motor needs replacing, might be covered under my 100K extended total care warranty, not sure, someone 'across the lot' in Total Care might know when car brought back for transmission work in 18 days??

Service visit, everything went well. advisor was very nice and would like to continue working with him.
