Waited for a year and a half to pick up this truck don't really understand that at all but these Maverick's must took on a cult like following. Thanks to Andre who's been helping me through this mess, to understand what we could about the delays. He just kept me informed and kept the excitement up all the way through till the end meeting him was very nice, I'm in AZ. And bought through Costco there wasn't a dealership they could work with in PHX so I requested them to widen the search and that's how I met Andre the week prior he put me in touch with LeAnn. When I arrived they both went right to work explaining all the options the truck had and LeAnn Evan programmed my phone and set up the Ford app. They were both exceptional!!!

Lee was helpful finding what I wanted. Knowledgeable on showing me how the different features worked. Nice and friendly. Apologetic for how long it was taking to get the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. I think he even helped in cleaning it and installing floor mats.

I was greeted with a friendly shop guy who took very good care of me. The lobby was very nice and clean. So far I have always had a great experience.

We love the fact that someone served as a valet and picked up our vehicle from our home she was very professional and friendly. Additionally everyone that I spoke to was excellent to work with, including Richard and the two young ladies in the service department. BUT your phone system sucks I could never get through directly to the service department. I had to call the dealership and go through the receptionist. I tried calling three times on my own directly to the service department And I was on hold foreverrrrrr! And listening to that horrible music and had to call back three times!!! Sorry just the facts…
