I bought a used truck

Timely and very friendly. Frustrated the packages I bought 1-Expired before I could use them 2- You can't wash or rotate my tires. You did me a dually truck but your service package doesn't handle them.

I had my vehicle serviced. All went well

Warranty part replacement

My service advisor was Derek Sperry he was attentive to my concerns about my cars brakes he had them checked for my and went over in detail about the price before the service was done when my car was finished he waited patiently as I was having issues with the vending machine I put in 1 dollar and 3 quarters the machine said I owed 20 cents for product 3009/ beef jerkey I was out of quarters and the machine kept spitting back out my dimes and nickels so I tried my 5 dollar bill which was old so the machine would not accept it then went to the parts/merchandise counter to get a quarter in exchange for 2 dimes and a nickel or to trade my 5 for a new crisp one by the time I got back to the machine it either timed out or someone got a free snack
