Taylor Robinson is a service advisor that should be emulated by all. I had 2 small problems with my visit that he took care of immediately, and most importantly, HONESTLY. Taylor is one of the few service advisors in recent times that communicates as promised and doesn't leave you waiting until later than he promised for an update.
