The sales experience was great. No hype, no pressure. But when I came and picked up my license plates the experience changed drastically! I asked if there was someone who would put my plates on for me. I was told to drive into the bay and there would be someone there to help. When I pulled in, there were 5 guys sitting there. I got out of my car with my plates and said that I was told someone would help me. They all just sat there looking at each other. No one moved or said anything. After a long awkward moment the youngest got up and said he’d help me. It soon became obvious that he didn’t have a clue how to do it. After about 10 minutes another guy got up and said he’d help. Soon he told me that I would have to make an appointment and come back another day. Then he said he would put on my back plate and that would make me legal, but if I wanted the front plate then I would have to make an appointment and come back. At this point I was completely unimpressed with your automotive department! When I got home I noticed a 1 1/2 inch scratch on my lower tail gate that had not been there before. I can’t prove it, but I believe one of your incompetent guys did it while they were bungling around with my license plate.

It was really good other than my monthly payment being a bit higher than expected
