Only complaint is the service advisor lied on my invoice and said I complained of a burnt oil smell. I brought my truck in for a headlight issue, service advisor stated tech saw oil leaking from my oil filter and asked if I would like to have an oil changed done. I was due for one within the next 500 miles so I agreed. Would be much more appreciative if service advisor didn’t lie and was more direct with the upsale.
