I work in SLC and I live in Idaho Falls Idaho. There had been several snow storms all day and right as I was getting ready to head back to see my family, my windshield wiper motor in my truck went out. There was no way I was going to make it home to see my family this weekend if I didn’t get it fixed. I went into your service department and met with Owen Hullinger. He recognize the significance of the situation and spoke with your service team. They were able to get everything put back together for me and my windshield wiper motor replaced. If it wasn’t for him and your service team, I would’ve been stuck somewhere in the snow storms. Thank you and thank them for their willingness to go the extra mile at the end of the day!

Our car buying experience just so happened to fall in place as it did. I simply was online looking a few days ahead and my inquiry caught the attention of LeAnn At the Draper location and she sent a nice text introducing herself with a phone call as well. It was a simple invite to just swing in and take a get drive so we planned a time to come in. I showed up after work the evening of my soon to be purchase and was able to meet Leann and look at a few car options while they priced out the value of my trade in. Then the rest was history. It was a little back and forth with getting the values & financing where we wanted it to be and we finally made the deal and LOVE our brand new 2023 Ford Explorer. Leann was also nice enough to take the time on the following day to have me swing in to the dealership to go through all of the car functions & Features and how they work. Im definitely going to be referring people to the Draper Location.
