I really liked the new video update from the tech that was text to me as they walked me through my vehicle today. That is so helpful! On another note… The service rep asked me if I wanted a car wash which I said yes and my truck did not get washed. This is actually the third time I’ve been in and they have asked me if I’ve wanted a car wash to which I have replied, yes and my truck has not been washed. Please don’t offer me something and agree to do it and then not do it.
