I was having Power train issues. I took it in and Cliff got right on it! He kept the lines of communication open. And made sure I knew what was going on. And wanted to make sure that it was done 100% with no issue. Thank you Cliff and the whole Fleet team.

This is the second time in 3 months I've had issues with my car and both times I've had Austin to help me. While things sometimes have taken time to get fixed I know it was not on him and just how busy dealership a can be plus time it takes for parts to be ordered. Austin always communicated when he could with updates and been as prompt as he could. I love the texting aspect!
