Drew Stewart like every time I have had my truck in for service did a 5 star job. I was having cell phone coverage issues and hadn’t heard from him by Thursday. When I call someone else answered and too my disappointment couldn’t tell me if my truck had even been looked at and I had to talk to Drew. All the service tech should be able to look up what is going on with your vehicle and any specific questions could be followed up with the specific tech. Was frustrating that the tech couldn’t give me the basic answers. Drew had left me a few messages but my voicemail didn’t retrieve them till Friday am. Drew did a great job
