The service valet was awesome! Drew called within a reasonable time to let us know what was wrong with our lift gate. We thought the price was way too high for what was done - Drew did discount it a little for us. In trying to call to talk to him it was very difficult- no answer, then put on hold forever. We left a message for him and he did get back to us. When our vehicle was ready we tried to get the service valet to return our car but we never did hear back from them so we went and picked it up on our own.
