Convenient, quick, and friendly! The one thing that is a deal breaker for me is customer service. Taylor is exceptional in this area! I will continue bringing my car to this location solely because Taylor is helpful, friendly, and informative. He's an asset to the Service department.

I called Friday and requested an appointment for oil change. Person on phone said too busy but come in Saturday at 2pm as scheduled.I get there.. no record of my appointment... NOT COOL!
