Easy to schedule and drop off. Delivery back to my home was awesome!

My experience with my service advisor, Kevin, was great. I'm not sure of the exact title, but the service receptionist...not so great. I was on my lunch, had a question in regards to a needed repair, and asked if I could speak to Kevin if he was available. I was told "I'm not sure, I can't see his desk from here". I then asked if she could ask him to call me before my car was done "well he's really busy but he'll call when your car is done". I didn't end up getting a call but a text. My initial impression was that Kevin didn't want to deal with me or take the time to help me with my question. I sent Kevin a text letting him know, he called, and it turns out he wasn't even given the message by the service receptionist! There were some other issues related to the service receptionist. Kevin was great though. Took the time to explain things for me and even tried to see if Ford would help out with the needed repair.

Overall experience was good. Valet service was nice. It did take longer than expected to get started, but they communicated well.

They got me right in at the time I wanted it. Really good care of my car, offered to Uber me to come get it but it was done. It was clean and it was a very pleasant experience.
