Great service and fast!

Very happy, staff were informative and super friendly, they explained the whole process well and answered all our concerns and questions to our satisfaction.

Finally got good service this time as opposed to my last couple of appts.

My appointment was for 10:30 Wednesday morning. Seems like my car didn’t get looked at until Thursday morning. But the repairs were done fast once it got in.

To be honest, I was disappointed that my recent purchase of my F150 needed Servicing so quickly. I did ask in the purchasing process if the 2 open recalls on the vehicle had been completed. I was assured yes, they were "probably" resolved but it appears to be untrue. Ive asked about 4 times now about recalls and they still show incomplete so my confidence in getting an answer is eroding as both recalls still show incomplete and I don't know if they have been corrected or not. One other thing I was concerned about was a delay in getting answers to my questions on what happened to the vehicle to cause powertrain malfunction and also deep sleep cycling. This is my first F150 and I just wanted to know more about how the truck works and what causes these issues so I'm more educated and knowledgeable of the technology going forward. I did get some kind of answer but still feel that I need to do my own research. Now that is out of the way, I was very pleased that the issues were corrected fairly quickly and the valet service was very appreciated. I saw how busy the service dept was and am grateful to the service given.

Austin sharp did a great job and I appreciated him being able to get me back in when the original repair didn’t fix the issue and for getting it resolved. Great service!
