The service tech, Jeremiah, very nice and helpful. The wait time was 45 minutes, which felt a tad long. My car was washed as part of the service. That was nice but it wasn’t dried and there were hard water spots left on my side mirrors and windows.

Draper ford Utah service man at the booth had excellent Customer Service and was very friendly. Service man was about 5ft 9 and Caucasian and could have bean a Basketball player in his past life. WELL,,,, he was Upfront and Honest and I appreciate his Enthusiasm. He shows concern for the Needs of my car and was able to give me options at the moment of the needed fixtures on my car. THANK YOU MR 5ft9 male .:)
