The service writer was amazing

everyone was extremely helpful, especially Mario. we just purchased this 2019 expedition from another dealer. They recommended we come to an actual Ford dealer in order to get the code for our door. I give the four stars instead of five not because of your incredible facilities or extremely helpful and friendly staff, but I was extremely surprised when we were charged $92 to simply pull a code with a computer. Luckily, I have a full bumper-to-bumper 5year/100k mile warranty, but outside of my deductible, this just seemed a bit expensive.

People I worked with were up to date and knowledgeable on what had to take place with my truck. The truck was in at 7:30 AM and out by 1 o’clock. Great experience thank you.
