The service was just great! My truck had started shaking a little bit. I was concerned cuz I had to take it out of town. I went in there and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I told Kevin Price that it was driving very smooth which is the reason I bought the F-150 because of the smooth ride. And then all of a sudden it was shaking. So he went the extra mile and drove my truck and figured it out. It was the tire pressure each tire was all different. So they calculated and readjusted the pressure and fixed it.

I never felt pressured to spend more or buy something outside of my price range.The only negative experience was waiting to talk to the finance department. I could see into the office and saw employees sitting around chatting, while I sat waiting for them for 20-40 minutes. It was unprofessional.
