Employees were professional & knowledgeable. Informed me how long it would to complete my required service. The service was faster than expected. I'm always satisfied with their service.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at Larry Miller Ford and a special thanks to my service advisor Fernando Pacheco. He was very professional and courtesy. Fernando was willing to keep me in the loop with the details, time and cost to get my 2018 Ford Escape SE SUV fixed while is what in there service shop. He went above and beyond to ensure excellent service was given and was done in a timely manner. He even assisted with the rental car coverage/expense that I had to pay and purchase while my SUV was getting fixed. I am happy with my experience and the service provided by Fernando. I love the help and information given by Fernando when I have to bring my SUV in for service. He is the best in the AZ west and I am lucky to have him as my service advisor.

We had an appointment to receive our new vehicle and trade in our old one. Overall, it was a very good experience, but took longer than we expected. Our sales representative was distracted with other customers.
