Took too long after we made the choice to buy

Finally took my truck in for one of the free oil changes. They also covered my tailgate step under warranty without issue. I have purchased 4 trucks from here and would have been 5 if they would have given me what their website offered for trade but they wouldn’t hold up to that. I’ll still use them for service but not sure about sales. I’ll definitely be ordering a 2024 platinum f450, hopefully they can give me a decent deal on trade and follow through so it’s not another wasted order.

I made an appointment and brought my 2016 F150 for a complicated electronic issue. The technician diagnosed it within hours and my repair was complete early the next morning. It runs amazing well now. Exceeded all my expectations.

I had an oil change done on my truck. Brett S, my service advisor was great and friendly and knowledgeable. Under some circumstances, we had an issue and Brett handled it very professional, and is taking care of the problem. I was very impressed how he handled me and my issue. I would recommend Brett as your service advisor.
