Gary was very personable, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, he paid attention to detail and made sure we knew what every button, switch & knob was for and he got us set up on Ford pass and explained all the benefits and how to navigate it. He also jumped through hoops for us when well after the test drive I recalled a slight vibration in the steering wheel and mentioned it, there was no hesitation to fix the problem which was done immediately, something that doesn’t happen in this day and age, we really appreciate it.
