Needed a repair for a Radiator Hose They readjusted the hose away from the Manifold, and replaced a headlight. They were fantastic. Justin, my Service Advisor, was friendly and let me know exactly what was going on. This was my first time here, and I will now be bringing our EcoSport to LHM Ford for everything.

Suzie Remembered & Reconized Me, even thought it had been months since I had been in the shop. She and Brooke made sure that everything I requested to be done and be reviewed was performed. In addition, she took the initiative to check. The fan motor was in stock for the warranty repair on my Expedition. Susie, apparently Goes the extra mile for her customers and clientele.
