Service was quick and they got me in a day early. Paul was professional and took care of me. Only downside was they were supposed to wash my truck before I picked it up and must've forgot. I was a little bummed about it but otherwise it was a positive experience.

No new car, just service for my Ford Focus. In addition to regular maintenance, I had an issue with the A/C, which was not coming out of the upper vents. The service advisor carefully explained the options and kept me informed as I waited in the waiting room. The repairs were very reasonable and I was quite satisfied with the whole experience. I hope to keep the car a couple more years so I will be back!
