LHM Service advisor Mel, told me the shop would need the truck for a full day to replace the water pump, thermostat, and hose "T".(This review does not reflect on Service advisors. I trust Mel, and his judgment, and recommendations completely. He called my extended warranty co., and got me $550 off my bill.)I dropped my truck off 7:30am Friday morning hopping to get it back Saturday. (Monday being a holiday). It wasn't ready until Tuesday after 3pm.No issues with the repairs. I'm glad to have the service advisor I do, but I feel the techs are slowing down.One other small gripe...The only setting I expect to be adjusted when my car/truck at any auto facility, is the driver's seat. Just to accommodate the person moving the vehicle safely too and froe. When I got back in my truck, my a/c settings were changed. Otherwise, I'm happy about the service I've had at LHM Service Department.
