I went in for an oil change, my car was checked out reporting what was needed which was done for almost $400, and future possible repair. Good service at Quick Lane. I would ask for one change. There are no calls coming into the facility even though there is a phone #, and my VM messages aren’t picked up since I’ve been a customer over a year. When I called the Mesa Drive office again to ask why, they say they are busy. I explained I had called that morning at 7:15am and left a message and tried calling several times to make an appointment all day. At 4pm I tried again and someone finally answered. I usually have to drive to Quick Lane and schedule an appointment. There were lots of cars being serviced but the 2 at the front desk were not busy and could take a call. But now I see the phones don’t ring, they call out but no one can call in. This shop is 2 mi from my home and convenient but frustrating when I have to make time to go in to make an appointment. Can this change? They are polite and just say they’re busy and can’t get to the phones…not true.
