Overall I walked out with a great deal on a 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands. Unfortunately information given earlier I the day was that the vehicle would be sold for X-plan pricing, which was not correct. The sales manager still gave me slight discount to close the deal, which was appreciated. Better information earlier in the day would have made this an excellent experience.

Wait from paperwork until finance was over 2.5 hrs, then with the staff leaving, the car was handed over dirty and still showing residue from all the stickering/window sticker. Larry H Miller stickers were coming off the same day.Omar was great, working with him directly was the easiest and best part of the experience. The Support team for the sales team should review process for improvement
