I brought my 2014 Raptor in for a pre- sale inspection and a rear camera calibration (installed a new oem camera 4 months ago) the camera showed right as left and left as right. I was called the same day to say everything was fine on the inspection. Concerning the camera they said it just was black and didn't work. It had worked every day since it was installed and worked as I backed out to take it to service that morning.So I am now getting the receipt from Santan Ford so it can fall under warranty and it's in back order so it will be 6weeks according to service.The next day I was looking at the inspection sheet and the a/c is marked as failing. So either it was a slip of the pen or I was given false information. I have been trying to get someone in the phone today since 730am, it is now 4:42 and left two messages. I have not received a call back so I sit in limbo waiting to sell my truck. Really poor customer service.
