Fernando, my service rep, was very accomodating. I received a call shortly after drop-off, informing me a part was not in house, but would be sent over. Everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the work and I am always glad to get a good car wash!

I sure appreciate Derek and crew for taking good care of me. My AC wasn’t right and they took the time to see if it was under warranty and it was! It’s fixed and only cost me the deductible. I’m thrilled.

I hope the work you did is correct. Just got it back. The young lady who helped me did a great job!As far as purchasing a 65k truck not to impressed. I have to use duct tape to hold the trim from coming off on roof, maybe a 4.00 part wasn’t fixed. Also missed two rubber pieces on running boards probably another 4 bucks to Ford but didn’t get fixed. Steering wheel still shaking, but I guess the mechanic couldn’t figure it out. Not very happy after the 65k purchase regarding how truck is holding up. I have a 2001 F250, still rides better than 2019. I won’t be purchasing another Ford I can guarantee you that.The guy that sold me the extended warranty said EVERYTHING would be cover for 5yrs or 50k miles, I guess +\- 8 bucks in parts to replace what’s falling off or has fallen off this 65k truck is too much for Ford.

Came in for a recall service. Rod was friendly and prompt. Service eta was given at most 4 hrs but was there barely 1.5 hrs.
