Suzie was great even though it’s pretty sad that Ford wanted to charge me 800 dollars for a part that everybody else on the forums and Facebook was getting replaced for free under the warranty program for free. 3.5 years should not be an issue for window seals.

I brought my truck in to diagnose an issue I could not pinpoint. It was diagnosed throughly, and returned in the condition I dropped it off in. The fee for the diagnosis was very reasonable.
