First visit to Larry H Miller Ford. Needed recall service and multi-point inspection. Drop-off and pickup were efficient and friendly. Free Lyft rides home and back were prompt and much appreciated.

Despite a long wait (45 minutes or so) to complete the purchase of the vehicle as the majority of the staff attended a corporate meeting or something, I was finally took possession of my ford bronco after a 2+ year wait. My sales rep Gary did a great job of welcoming me in and helping me through the process. I believe I was there for over 4 hours which is much longer than I expected given the vehicle was already picked and ready to go. So I gave Gary 5 stars but would give the dealership 4 stars for the length of time I spent there.
