This was hands down one of my best experiences with a dealership service department I have ever had, and I have had more than quite a few. Usually I am struggling to get updates, and find myself frustrated until get a surprise call my vehicle is done. Suzie did an exceptional job sending us frequent updates letting us know how our repairs were progressing. I never once felt out of the loop or concerned about when I would get my vehicle back. She did all this while remaining very friendly and demonstrating empathy for our situation. I will undoubtedly be selecting Suzie in the future.

From start to finish all the employees were courteous and very professional. They made everything run smoothly and without any hassle at all. I bought my truck from out of state so I was expecting at least 1 issue to arise. To my surprise, the deal went through without a hitch. It was easier than going through a drive through and no fouled up orders. I would recommend Larry H Miller Ford to anyone who wants a professional, fair, and honest deal.
