The sales associate Cecil was very helpfull in showing me what was available and answering my questions. After a long wait the financial department was not very satisfactory as costs were not explained without me asking and then not very clear. No paperwork to check, just a flash drive . When home, checking the flash drive on computer I see all the extra costs that were said to be in total care warranty then see a couple thousand added on for tire and key fob which I would not need.Beside all that, I love the vehicle.
