Meet with Derek Ironside and he explain what is included I. The full service oil change and how long it would take. He ok’d a text message or call once service was done. Derek also found a recall notice I had forgotten and had that completed at the same time. Excellent man and a great dealership. I will be back for all my Ford servicing.
