Growling on acceleration

Very disappointed that nobody called to set an appointment after back and forth about warranty. I set appointment online to get it done. Concierge was over an hour late. Mechanic told me it wasn't covered again. Salesman had to step in to remind everyone we had the warranty issue figured out. Salesman smoothed out misunderstandings with service.
