Brought unit in for engine error code which turned out to be transmission pump problem. Service wanted me to just go away as error was not on truck when I brought it in. It only appeared when towing. I had to insist they go further and ended up replacing the pump. Service was overall pretty good but communications was poor. I had to call back twice to get an update on when the truck would be ready.

Because of Scott Dietrich let that I would be there Saturday at 8:00 am & then Justin Frier stepped up things, it was just fine. I was told that Fernando would be there by the appointment service person who said to me that she would call him right then. Between Ford and your people in your appointment service group, I’m not happy. Give the stars to Scott and Justin.

Last time I was in, I had a terrible experience. Today, was the redemption. Perfect service visit. Work was done faster than expected, extra work done for free, and a car wash was the cherry on top. Perfection.

Justin was excellent, set up my rides, had my truck waiting for me and called me immediately when I left my house keys. Great experience with him!
